It's time to delight your customers

Focus on being of service and success will follow

Entrepreneurs with a hard-nosed mindset that places profit from their clients above all else, might succeed in the first sale, but in the long term, a self-centred or one-sided approach to the relationship leaves clients feeling used. Company growth becomes hard work as repeat customers are few and recommendations rare.

On the other hand, businesses with a passion to provide a service that solves their client’s problems and gives them more than they expect create a rolling ball of success. Clients delighted at receiving this unexpected value become loyal followers and go out of their way to recommend your service to others. Growth happens exponentially as customers start selling on your behalf – and a personal recommendation is worth much more than an advert.
