Overview: You will learn the importance of the entrepreneurial lifecycle. By knowing where you are in the entrepreneurial lifecycle you will be in a better position to understand what resources your need and also what you don’t need. You will also understand your limitations in terms of adding value to your business and learn when to step back from your business to allow it to become what you want it to become.
